We have been impressed with the Ooni Pro pizza oven right out of the box. It is a well-built oven that weighs in at just under 60 pounds, meaning it is a solid unit that is still portable.
The oven’s quad-fuel capabilities put it heads and shoulders above the competition, and the large cooking area is big enough for 16” pizzas (for comparison, a standard large pizza in the US is 14” in diameter).
Heating up to 932º F in just 20 minutes allows you to cook a pizza in just 60 to 90 seconds depending on the dough and toppings. This means you can cook for large gatherings easily, and we believe the Ooni Pro oven will become the center of all of your outdoor gatherings.
The Ooni Pro pizza oven comes with two doors, one with a glass front so you can see how your pizza is progressing without removing the door, and the other with an innovative letterbox style opening that makes it easy to slide pizzas in and out (this is the door you must use if the gas burner is attached).
The available wood pellet hopper, the Ooni Pro will run just like its little brother the Ooni 3.
Manufactured from 430 stainless steel, the Ooni Pro is insulated with ceramic fiber which holds in the heat and limits fuel consumption.
