The Forno Bravo Toscana Wood Fired Oven, Dome Enclosure is an assembled and fully finished oven based on the Forno Bravo Casa2G Series of cast refractory ovens. These ovens combine outstanding cooking performance with the ease of a fully assembled oven that you can set in place and fire up. This oven is finished with a dome enclosure and comes in either a red or yellow stucco finish.

Each oven includes a full brick arch and oven landing. The Toscana Wood Fired Oven is availabe in foor floor cooking surface sizes; 32 inches, 36 inches, 40 inches, and 44 inches. This fully insulated and assembled oven is the perfect choice for homeowners who don't want to manage an installation process and who want to get started with their pizza oven right away.

Forno Bravo's state-of-the-art refractory materials, including aluminate mortars and woven ceramic dome and floor insulation, the Toscana ovens offer fast heat-up time (about 40 minutes) and excellent heat retaining capability. The outer shell of the oven stays cool, while the oven chamber cooks authentic Italian pizza in 2-3 minutes.

The ovens integral vent system provides both excellent air movement and durability—a significant improvement over lower-end metal venting systems. The 32 inch and 36 inch ovens feature a 6" chimney, while the 40 inch and 44 inch feature an 8" chimney.

The Toscana oven can be set on either the Forno Bravo Cucina modular oven stand frame, or on a site-built concrete block stand. Included with the oven is a powder coated steel door (no rust) and thermometer.

The Toscana ovens are very heavy, and require a forklift or other mechanical means for removing the oven from the freight truck and setting it in place.
